Note from Peter: since the release of the Airflo V3 reels I have been using them. The 7/8 for the Dutch polders and the 9/10 for the big lakes. The reel is not only stunningly beautiful, it also has a workhorse of a drag! Much more than you need for most pike but good to have in case you hook into a monster pike or catfish.
